Nightingales are aware that the care staff will play a very important role in residents welfare.  We have a small regular team of staff who pride themselves on delivering the best possible care to our residents.  Staff are qualified 2-4 NVQ’s. The management are qualified to diploma level 5 in health and social care.  Nightingales employs staff in sufficient numbers and with a relevant mix of skills to meet residents different needs and requirements of care.  All staff is carefully screened, DBS checks are undertaken and their references are always checked thoroughly before employment.  Staff receive regular training from external qualifying companies in the following critical subjects:
